Armando's Landscaping LLC handles the range of yard work that residential and commercial properties actually need, not just the quick weekly pass. The services below are grouped into five categories so you can see at a glance where your project fits.

All work is performed by Armando's Landscaping LLC. If something you need is not on this list, ask. We will tell you honestly whether it is within our scope.

Lawn and Turf Care

The lawn is often the largest part of a property, and mowing is the work it needs most often. Alongside routine mowing, we provide the turf services that address lawns needing more attention. Turf work is available on its own or alongside regular mowing, for residential and commercial properties alike.

Mowing keeps grass at an even height, while seeding, pre-seeding, and thatching address lawns that need more than a cut. What a lawn needs is easiest to judge in person, so these services are scoped at the site visit.

Seeding and Pre-Seeding

Seeding and pre-seeding services for lawns that need more than mowing, available on their own or alongside other turf work.

Thatching

Removing built-up material that collects between grass and soil over time, for lawns where that layer has thickened.

Flower Beds and Ground Materials

Beds and ground cover shape the first impression of a property. We install flower beds and the materials that finish planted areas around homes and commercial grounds. Material installation is straightforward work, and we treat it with the same care as the rest of the list.

These services can be combined with each other, since beds often need both planting and a finished ground material to look complete.

Flower Beds

Installing and planting flower beds suited to the space, the soil, and the way the property is used, for homes and commercial grounds.

Gravel, Dirt, and Bark Installation

Installing gravel, dirt, and bark as ground cover for beds and other areas of a property, in the material the client chooses.

Pavers and Small Retaining Walls

Small-scale hardscape work that adds structure to a yard. These projects are sized to the small walkways and small retaining walls on our service list, and they are completed with attention to base preparation and finish.

Both services are limited to small-scale scope, and we will say plainly if a project calls for larger walkways or taller walls than our service list covers.

Small Retaining Walls

Small retaining walls for sloped or uneven parts of a yard, built to the small-scale scope of the service list.

Exterior Cleaning

Cleaning work for the surfaces a property shows most. This is some of the most useful maintenance to schedule before and during the Pacific Northwest wet season, and it is available for residential and commercial properties.

Gutters, roofs, and hard surfaces all collect debris and buildup over a wet season. Each of these services is available on its own, and all three are offered for residential and commercial properties.

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing for driveways, walkways, patios, and other hard surfaces around a property.

Roof Cleaning

Cleaning to remove moss, debris, and buildup from roofing surfaces.

Gutter Cleaning

Clearing gutters of leaves and debris so water can move through them as intended.

Tree Trimming and Seasonal Care

Ground-level trimming covers branches within reach from the ground, and the wet months are a common time to schedule exterior cleaning. We do not perform tree takedowns, and we do not offer snow removal. If a request falls outside this list, we will say so plainly.

Ground-Level Tree Trimming

Trimming performed from the ground only, for branches within reach. No tree takedowns, and no climbing work.

Winter Services

Roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing available through the wet season. Snow removal is not offered at any time of year.
